Day 1 : Marrakech – Ait Benhaddou – Skoura Oases – Dades

We will collect you from your lodging in the morning to commence our Marrakech to Fes Desert Tour across the High Atlas Mountains, the highest road pass in Morocco via Tizi n t’ichka (2260 m). Delighting in its panoramic vistas and stunning landscapes, we will then proceed to Ait Benhaddou Kasbah, a UNESCO world heritage site – renowned as one of the most well-preserved and breathtaking Kasbahs in Morocco.
After that we continue to Dades crossing the city of Ouarzazate or Hollywood of Africa, a city famous for being the shooting site for famous movies “ Gladiator” “ The Mummy”…, then we pass by Skour palm grove, and Rose Valley  arriveing  to Dades Gorge. Night in Hotel there.

Day 2 : Dades Gorge – Todra Gorge – Tinjdad – Merzouga.

After having breakfast, we will embark on a journey to Merzouga through the magnificent Todra Gorge. This stunning canyon boasts towering rocks that reach a height of 300 meters. Our route will then lead us to Merzouga, passing through the renowned town of Erfoud. Erfoud is famous for its international dates festival and its status as a fossils town. Upon reaching Merzouga, Then we will drive to the Erg Chebbi sand sea. We will continue deeper into the desert, until dunes appear in the middle of nowhere. Once we arrive to our hotel/Riad you will meet your camel guide and we will ride the camels into the desert bivouac (camping site with Berber tents). Here we stay under stars (shining brilliantly with stars and the moon in the clear night sky full of calm). Its totally safe to climb the dunes and watch the stars before going to sleep.

Day 3 : Merzouga – Ziz Valley – Midelt – Ifran – Fez

Today you can wake up early if you would like to watch the sunrise. After breakfast, we will follow the Ziz river with it’s incredible palm-lined oasis and its ksours, fortified castles up to Midelt, a small town in the middle of the Atlas Mountains. After lunch we will cross the Middle Atlas  Mountains  to Fez. We will notice the dramatic change of landscape: snow-capped mountains, cedar forests, also in this way we will have stop in little switzerland Morocco (Ifrane).  Later we will continue to the city of Fes where we finish our Marrakech to Fes Desert Tour .
