Your 3 Days Ouarzazate to Erg Chegaga Desert Tour begins with an early departure from Ouarzazate.
First, travel across the Anti-Atlas Mountains via the scenic Tizi n'Tinfifte Pass. After that, descend into the beautiful Draa Valley, one of Morocco's most impressive oasis regions.
Your first stop is Kasbah Tamnougalte, one of the oldest and most important kasbahs in southern Morocco. Then, continue through palm groves, traditional villages, and spectacular desert scenery.
Near Tinsouline, discover the prehistoric rock carvings of Foum Chenna. These fascinating carvings are believed to be more than 4,000 years old and provide insight into the region's ancient history.
Continue to Zagora for lunch before visiting Tamgroute, famous for its green pottery workshops and historic Quranic Library.
Later in the afternoon, arrive in M'Hamid El Ghizlane, the last village before the open Sahara Desert.

After lunch, continue toward Ouarzazate through the beautiful Anti-Atlas region.
